    I look at your profile and send you a short summary of what could be better. Then you decide whether to go ahead.

  2. Fixing

    You add me as a manager on the profile. No password needed. I fix what needs fixing and reply to older reviews.

  3. Upkeep

    Every month I keep the profile in order, reply to new reviews with your approval and send you a short summary.

You pay for the setup only once the work is done and you’re happy with it. The invoice comes by email.

No VAT, prices are final. You can cancel monthly upkeep at any time with one month’s notice.

Do I have to give you my password?

No. You add me as a manager on your Google Business Profile. You still own the profile and can remove me at any time.

How soon will I see results?

Fixes to opening hours, address and other details usually show on Google within a few days. Review replies show right away. Whether more people find you happens gradually over a few weeks, and I don’t promise specific numbers.

What if I want to stop?

The audit doesn’t commit you to anything, and the setup is paid once, when the work is done and you’re happy with it. You can cancel monthly upkeep at any time with one month’s notice.

Do you write fake reviews?

Never. I don’t write or buy reviews, and I don’t offer discounts or perks in exchange for reviews. That breaks Google’s rules and can hurt your business. Instead I help you ask happy customers for a review in an honest way.

My name is Róbert and I run Stjörnugjöf from Reykjanesbær. I work with businesses in the Reykjavík area and Suðurnes, all by email. You always deal with me directly.

How fast do you reply?
